Talent Acquisition Partner:

 

We have extensive strategic growth initiatives planned across North America. To turn these plans into reality, we need the right person to join our team based in New York City and help grow our team of Consultants: an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who knows how to find the talent to propel us toward our goal. This person will working for the New York hub in Wall Street and will partner directly with our New York leadership team.

 

# Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Full lifecycle recruiting, including:

    • Understanding role requirements to tailor position descriptions and source candidates
    • Posting opportunities to our website and external job boards,  candidate sourcing through a variety of avenues
    • Conducting phone or skype interview pre-screening to presenting viable candidates to hiring team for interview and coordinating interview schedules
    • Creation and delivery of verbal and written offers, negotiating details to close candidates
    • Initial onboarding of new employees first day in the hub office

 

  • Establishing and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships to build credibility and trust as a business partner

 

  • Use of all digital sourcing methods and tools to ensure the appropriate route to market for sourcing talent

 

  • Provide status updates to candidates who progress through the interviewing process, including building and maintaining a warm candidate pipeline

 

  • Operate as Brand Ambassador with candidates and sourcing avenues, such as networking events, local PMI chapters, colleges and universities placement offices, and alumni networks

 

  • Be a part of the Talent Acquisition projects for Pcubed North America.

 

# Key Enablers:

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years with full life cycle recruiting, ideally experience in industrial sector

  • Successful experience utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and interviewing / screening techniques, including competency-, performance- and behavioral-based techniques.

  • Skilled at the art of negotiating with candidates and closing offers.

  • Able to build and foster collaborative business relationships, including collaborating with Recruiters in other hubs and sharing best practices

  • Good team spirit, proactive attitude & excellent interpersonal skills
