The structure is composed of around thirty employees, based internationally with a growth of 38% per year in GP last past 4 years.

Core business: Designing, producing, marketing, and selling leading edge, high end ultrasonic equipment. Our devices are created as solutions for the Non-destructive Testing industry, and are applied in all major industry verticals such as; oil and gas, power generation, aerospace, automotive, research and development, and materials evaluation. 98% of the sales occurring are exported.

 

Job:

You will have to take in charge the whole Marketing and Communication responsibilities, both on strategic and operational fields. You are comfortable in taking initiatives, and you will benefit from internal help on technical and commercial aspects.

 

A successful candidate would be sufficient in:

Website management (WordPress) : Have existing knowledge of, and be capable to

work with our diverse team to design and update our website, as well as initiate a project to gain additional exposure in social media i.e. linkedin, youtube etc.

Creation of marketing materials: Need to possess the knowledge and ability to produce brochures and other communication documents, including formal documentation.

Organizing international events: Capable of owning full logistical management for industry trade shows. Including the ability to work with event personnel to reserve and set up booth space, ship and track demonstration materials (e.g. marketing materials, banners, equipment) to and from shows. Including the ability to manage customs constraints (USA, India, Asia, Europe), by relying on local contacts. A very organized candidate will ensure that all goes well.

Managing associated subcontractors: A successful candidate must be able to operate independently and take the lead both in marketing and communication with various vendors.

Personal skills: The selected candidate will possess an ability to work with an international, very diversified, and energetic team. Will be able to articulate ideas clearly and encourage communication within others.

Daily communication: Reporting daily with an international team (every project is approached under several aspects: marketing, R&D, etc.). This exchange is very operational, and allows, among other things, input on the company needs and shared experience to others.

 

Occasionally, the candidate may need to travel to the USA or other countries especially to attend exhibitions and conferences.

 

Summary:

A successful candidate will be bilingual in French and English and possess at least 5 years experience in skilled marketing functions. Must display professionalism. Have excellent personal communication skills and able to comfortably exist within a technical environment. Will be self-sufficient, have a sense of initiative and ownership for emerging situations, as well as display a mature flexibility to perform within a team. This strong contributor will enjoy a wide field of freedom to express their full potential and focus on their responsibilities.
