Marketing and Communication Coordinator- $42K + bonus $25K

We are looking for highly motivated talent who will bring his/her positive energy to the business. Someone who will be eager to touch every aspect of a business: marketing, communication and sales. Someone who is hand on, autonomous and not afraid to take initiatives and leave a footprint!

To start, we are looking for a marketing and communication coordinator to provide administrative and organizational support to the US Managing Director in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

The position will be based at the brand-new showroom in New York City and will report directly to the US Managing Director.

It is a highly evolutive position, as the first recruits will grow in position with the business expanding.

Main Responsibilities:

·       Plan and execute the marketing and communication strategy, specifically the social media strategy

·       Set up internal and external meetings by coordinating with key partners and stake holders

·       Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, client dinners, and other event activities

·       Meet, greet and direct customers at the New York location

·       Provide scheduling, calendar, and workflow management support

·       Identify, create, and implement systems and processes that help the office run efficiently

·       Receive and distribute mail, packages and deliveries as well as other logistical duties

·       Answer phones

·       Book US travel and accommodations

·       Participate in various meetings and manage agendas and follow-up items

·       Other ad hoc projects / administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications required:

Bachelors Degree, Master preferred

Excellent inter-personal and communication skills

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office tools

Highly organized and detail oriented with a positive, can-do attitude

Reliable and energetic

Bilingual French would be a plus but not required

Based in New York City with occasional travel
