JUNIOR MARKETING & DIGITAL COORDINATOR Home Fragrances

Founded in 1898, the brand is well-known for its expertise in home perfume and its various types of scented home products (lamps, reed diffusers, candles, fragrance spray...) In North America, our main focus consists in developing the brand awareness and its distribution (on and off-line) as well as launching a new direct-to-consumer E-commerce store.

 

Job Overview:

 

The Junior Marketing & Digital Coordinator will be in charge of:

 

  • Analyzing the market, benchmarking competitors, evaluating trends and making recommendations to keep marketing channels maximized at all times
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and experience with web measurement/analytics (Google Analytics preferred)
  • Cross-functional collaboration with our global France-based Marketing team, US E-commerce and Sales departments, partners and vendors to complete projects in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Building annual marketing plan including product launches, promotions, sales incentives programs in collaboration with the E-commerce and Sales departments
  • Assisting with Digital & Social media content, Analytics, Paid Media, Content Development for the website, and adjusting web content when necessary, QA on key launches and campaigns.
  • Assisting for production of email campaigns including utilizing email templates, loading them into E-mail Platform, setting up, testing, targeting and scheduling. Light HTML knowledge is a plus
  • Maintain timelines for all projects
  • Assisting with the organization of trade shows, and store and PR events
  • Create dynamic powerpoint presentations and commercial tools for the sales rep

  • Analytical skills, details oriented and self directed
  • Action- and results-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently. 
  • Passion and energy for new challenges, with strong demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and drive resolution of questions/concerns/issues. 
  • Highly flexible and responsive, with ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities. 
  • Demonstrated ability to drive programs, with strong cross-functional integration and collaboration. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong applied Creative and Strategic Thinking skills. 
  • Outstanding organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and platforms, Google AdWords, SEO, Paid Media, Facebook Business Manager, understanding of html would be a plus

 

PROFILE :

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
  • Bachelor degree required
