MISSION
 
Within our Marketing Department, you will handle for 24 months, 3 different positions:
 
* 1st Mission:  From September 2018 12 months Strategic Marketing in France (Lyon).
 
Traditional categories of Linen Care (Irons and Steam Generators) are in decline. As Junior Product Manager, for this category, your mission will be to :
 
- Support the International Product Director in drawing up the marketing strategy in the development of innovative garment care solutions at a global level
- You will participate in the process for developing a new category of products. Your work will be based on strategic objectives
- Keep gaining market share in all categories in irons and Generators
- Develop new pillars of growth by investigating: new gestures, new usages, etc.
- Have a strong focus on the new young generation mainly uninvolved in the Linen Care field
- Develop the accessories business related to Garment Steamers as a new source of business for Linen Care
- You will work in close collaboration with the Development department and be responsible for drafting Marketing specifications and for overseeing the operations of Development projects
 
 
* 2nd Mission: 6 months Operational Marketing (Europe, North and South America, Asia...)
 
- Ensure the development of sales and market share for your product category by implementing a suitable product/promotional plan
- Analyse both internal and market sales (GFK) and define the offer and work on the launch of new products
- Prepare the marketing plans for the allocated category to define which strategy should be followed
- Ensure the management of sales forecasts for your product families and the monitoring of their performance
 
* 3rd mission:6 months Category Management or Sales (Europe, North and South America, Asia...) 
 
- The key role of the Category Management department is to provide a genuine interface between Marketing and Sales; also, to work on the development and introduction of the Group's key categories
- You create and execute the shopper marketing strategy for increasing on-line market share
- You collect and create the content and influence the e-retailers to secure our content on line
- You work closely with Marketing team, including Digital Marketing, and Sales team to provide support of e-Commerce activities and identify new initiatives to improve performance of internet sales
 

 

 

PROFIL

 

Are you an internationally mobile graduate in Engineering or Business (within the past year), looking for a 2 year fast-track program? Have you had an initial experience outside your home country and do you want to take on new challenges? Do you speak at least two (preferably three) languages fluently, one of which must be English? Are you fully mobile? Do you think that innovation, team spirit and agility are keys to success? Do you want to have a unique experience, while gaining cross-company experience of a profession?
