In order to be successful and expand in a highly competitive market, Groupe SEB must provide its customers with innovative, high-performance, competitive and available products within the deadlines outlined in the Development Plan. The strong seasonal nature of products, new product launches, the increasing number of models and shorter deadlines make it necessary for production methods (organisational, human and technical) to be adapted constantly, by optimising structure costs and the cost of industrial premises; by constantly improving productivity, processes and quality whilst also guaranteeing health and safety at work and by establishing a calm social environment to ensure quality of life in the workplace.


Groupe SEB has launched an approach to digital transformation, which makes all its industrial sites and teams review practices and anticipate the changes to come.


The Groupe SEB site in Lourdes currently employs 130 people and produces 1.9 million products, which are sold on an international scale: mincers, slicers, Volupta food processors, yoghurt makers, small food preparation appliances, etc.


Within this context of transformation, the site must now think about how it will evolve, in terms of all of its processes and roles.



* 1st Mission:  From September 2018 12 months Deputy Site Director in France (Lourdes)


Your main mission will be to work as a Deputy Site Director in order to support the deployment of the Future Industry project.


This group-wide project will allow you to discover how an industrial site works in intricate detail: production processesmaintenance, continuous improvementlogisticssocial dialogue


To achieve this, you will get involved in all projects linked with the technical and/or organisational transformation of the site (digitalisation of information, definition of new digital tools to be introduced, robotics, self-guided trucks, etc.)


A genuine driver for change, you will be able to deliver a fresh perspective on the new approaches and technologies and you will work on their integration in our business units in close collaboration with all of the teams at the site.



* 2nd and 3rd missions: 2 x 6 months Industrial Project Leader (Europe, North and South America, Asia...) 


Building on the skills gained in first experience, you will continue to develop your skills in one of our subsidiaries. You will handle new complementary assignments and learn from a specific market/plant and culture.

The final 6 month assignment is a real opportunity for you to consolidate your skills, acquire a cross-company vision of a role and identify your next position within Groupe SEB.







Are you an internationally mobile graduate in Engineering (Generalist or Industrial/Mechanical Engineer), within the past year, looking for a 2 year fast-track program? Have you had an initial experience outside your home country and do you want to take on new challenges? Do you speak at least two (preferably three) languages fluently, one of which must be English? Are you fully mobile? Do you think that innovation, team spirit and agility are keys to success? Do you want to have a unique experience, while gaining cross-company experience of a profession?
