Within our Finance Department, you will handle for 24 months, 3 different positions.


Your first mission will be within an International team of finance project managers, you will design Finance and Controlling apps to enrich the Financial Tool box of Groupe SEB and contribute to the transformation of the Finance function, accelerating progress. Your role is to support the Finance function providing smart apps that will facilitate its every days life and foster its excellence.


* 1st Mission:  From September 2018 12 months Corporate Performance Management Project Leader in France (Lyon).


- You will lead functional workshops with Finance Managers or Controllers to specify their needs (customer profitability, cash generation, investments management)

- You will document the apps and lead their development with IT consultants.

- You will train the users (e-learning or classroom training) and will manage the worldwide roll out of the apps.

- You will support the users after the go live, and start listing potential improvements for next releases.

- You will interact with Financial Managers or Controllers across the organization and you will develop our internal network and knowledge of the Finance function. You will lean Groupe SEB financial processes and reporting tools.



* 2nd Mission: 6 months Junior Controller (Europe, North and South America, Asia...)


You will be part of the Controlling team encouraged by experienced controllers:


- To take part in monthly closures and be involved in budget operational management and its follow-ups

- To provide KPIs, monthly reports, and sales/expenses weekly reports

- To liaise with other departments regarding some transverse duties and projects

- To support forecasting and issue various reportings

- To assist in a few audits and processes drafting

- To take part in various projects with the team


3rd mission:6 months International Financial Auditor (Europe, North and South America, Asia...) 


Your mission will be made-up of two main priorities:


- Auditing group entities at a global level (7-8 audits per year, in various group subsidiaries across all geographical zones):

- Analysing the operational risks of activities, identifying, and investigating potential fraud, auditing the conformity of processes and their application (Finance, Purchasing, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR), preparing and planning missions and review with management

- You will also contribute to improve the groups internal control processes: recommending and implementing modifications to the internal control manual, themed cross-departmental assignments

- You will receive prior training in the groups organization and in internal systems and processes.






Are you an internationally mobile graduate in Engineering or Business (within the past year), looking for a 2 year fast-track program? Have you had an initial experience outside your home country and do you want to take on new challenges? Do you speak at least two (preferably three) languages fluently, one of which must be English?
