Client Services Coordinator

The Firm is currently recruiting for a Client Services Coordinator in our New York office. The Client Services Coordinator position will provide administrative and legal support to a French partner, oversee and maintain special projects and is the principal liaison between clients, legal teams, financial institutions and outside vendors. The coordinator must have a strong work ethic, demonstrate the ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines. 

 

 Responsibilities:

Prioritize communications with internal and external clients, exercising sound judgement and discretion
Interface with all levels of management including partners, staff, vendors, outside counsel
Maintain and prepare incoming and outgoing emails, mail and other correspondence in a timely manner on behalf of the Partner
Translate text, email and documents as needed from French to English and vice-versa
Manage an active calendar, including travel arrangements, and ground transportation
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including conference room reservation, catering, IT/Video Conference/Audio as needed
Coordinate, prepare and reconcile expenses using Chrome River
Submit attorney time entries, review and process proformas, and handle collections
Prepare, transcribe and edit documents and maintain legal files


Experience & Qualifications:
Bilingual French/English. Spanish a plus
Bachelor's or minimum 3 years of experience
Proven PC skills, highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word,                    Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure, and flexible
High level of integrity required for handling confidential an sensitive information
Able to work with minimal supervision
Solid organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required with          the ability to produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels          of the organization
