About the position

In this position you are a key member of the Palais des Thés team in the USA and part of the Food Service team that provides tea programs to hotels, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, etc. You will split your time between the active search of new B2B clients and the support and development of existing B2B clients. You will work closely with the rest of the Food Service team, as well as the marketing and operations teams. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in all sales and sales-related aspects of a growing, international business.

o  BA/BS degree minimum

o Experience in sales and business development

o  Superior time management and ability to prioritize tasks autonomously

o  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong written/oral communication skills

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

o  Sales (new accounts acquisition)

o Develop lead database

o Prospect new accounts

o Track your own sales funnel and create new sales leads and contacts

o Prepare proposals

o Send product samples and follow up with clients

o Participate in / lead sales meetings and tea trainings

Customer relationship and development (existing customers)

o Maintain contact with existing B2B clients to discuss needs and promote further sales

o Help organize and conduct point-of-sales initiatives (e.g. trainings, events etc.)

o Help develop sales materials (e.g. catalogs, displays, menus, shelf-talkers, material for tradeshows, emailing)
