                                                           Job Description


Commercial reports preparation:

  • Collection and Analysis of North East (NE) network KPI: Sales per showroom, collections and sales associate on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Competition Analysis: Best-Sellers, Price Points, Promotion periods, Level of discount and best-selling finishes on the North East perimeter.
  • Tracking and reporting of new furniture implemented in the NE network in order to provide analytics related to the performance of the piece since its implementation.
  • Preparation and coordination of the Quick-Ship Visuals monthly with the Design Department.
  • Lead Tracker follow-up and consolidation on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Monthly Extracting of all unconfirmed orders for follow-up and actions by showroom managers.

 

Commercial Tools organization:

  • Creation and implantation (agenda) of Sales & Design Trainings: Design Service, Product Training & Sales Technics.
  • Update our Supplier Catalogs, discount & Contact information.
  • Consolidation and harmonization of floor sample discounts during sales promotion.
  • Updating the Clearance App with floor sample sold together with Stock Coordinator.

 

Project Management:

  • Sourcing and implementation of leads tracking software

Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday Friday) from 10 am 7 pm with possibility to work on weekend during sales promotion.
