Terms of Use


The http://www.careerconnectfacc.com website ("Website") is operated by the French-American Chamber of Commerce in the United States, Inc. – New York Chapter ("FACC"). The Website provides access to an online database ("Job Board," the Website and Job Board are referred to collectively as the "Platform") which allows prospective employers ("Employers") to post jobs and search resumes, and job applicants ("Candidates") to post resumes and search for jobs. These Terms of Use ("Agreement") apply to your use of the Platform. The words "user," "you" and "your" mean users of the Platform and the words "we," "us" and "our" mean FACC. Additional terms applicable to specific areas of the Platform, which are posted in those areas, are incorporated within this Agreement.

Job Board

The Job Board and the related systems were developed and are owned by our vendor, MatchWork A/S ("MatchWork"). MatchWork is an international group engaged in the development of systems intended for Candidates and Employers to meet through the Internet. On the basis of resumes and job postings entered into a job database by candidates and companies, respectively, MatchWork facilitates contact between the parties by means of end-user to end-user technology. The use of this technology means that Candidates and Employers are not matched manually. The system matches them electronically and automatically on the basis of the information entered by the parties.


You must register an account ("Account") to access the Job Board. When you do, you will be provided with an individual user name and a password. The data you upload to the Platform will only be accessed using your user name and the password. You must maintain at all times the accuracy of the information in their Account. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of the user name and password associated with your Account. You are also responsible for all use of your user name and password, regardless of whether you authorized such use. You agree to immediately inform FACC of any unauthorized use of your user name or password.


You may access only those parts of the Platform for which you are authorized access. You will not access any part of the Platform for which you are not authorized, nor will you attempt to circumvent any access controls or other security measures incorporated within the Platform.


The Job Board allows Candidates to create a resume online using the Job Board's resume building tool, and to upload existing curriculum vitae, resumes and other documentation or information to support their application for a job (collectively, "Resumes"). Applicants represent that the information presented in their Resumes is complete and accurate, and will promptly update such information as needed. Resumes will be stored on computer servers operated by MatchWork. Resumes will be made available to the specific Employer that posted a job to which the Candidate is applying. Your profile information and Resumes created by the Job Board's resume building tool may be viewed by Employers who have arranged with us to search for prospective employees, but you may indicate in your profile that you do not want your name and contact information to be disclosed to such Employers. In such case, if an Employer is interested in you, MatchWork will inform you and you may then share your name and contact information with the Employer. Resumes that you upload to your work space are available for you to use for applying to job postings and will not be viewed by an Employer unless you request that it be sent to the Employer in connection with a job posting. Resumes will be stored by MatchWork for a predetermined period of time, which is currently approximately one (1) year. After that time, Resumes will be deleted.

Job Postings

The Job Board allows Employers to upload job postings ("Job Postings"). Job Postings will be stored on computer servers operated by MatchWork. Employers represent that the information presented in their Resumes is complete and accurate, and will promptly update any information as needed. Job Postings will be visible to all Candidates who register on the Platform. Job Postings typically run for thirty (30) days until expiry and will be stored by MatchWork for a predetermined period of time to allow Employers to access previous Job Postings, which is currently approximately eighteen (18) months from the job's expiry, unless the Employer removes the Job Posting via their Account. After that time, Job Postings will be deleted.

Job Placement

An Employer that is recruiting work-authorized or American job and internship seekers must notify FACC by e-mail at careerconnect@faccnyc.org within thirty (30) days of a placement.

An Employer that is recruiting non-U.S. students or recent graduates for internships under J-1 visas must notify FACC by e-mail at careerconnect@faccnyc.org within thirty (30) days of a placement. The Employer must have the Candidate sign an offer letter or internship agreement and provide FACC with a copy of the letter or agreement within thirty (30) days. The Employer must abide by U.S. and all applicable foreign laws governing internships, such as United States Department of Labor’s minimum wage requirements.

A non-U.S. student or recent graduate seeking an internship under a J-1 visa must notify FACC by e-mail at careerconnect@faccnyc.org within thirty (30) days of receiving an internship offer.


An Employer that is recruiting work-authorized or American job and internship seekers must pay an upfront fee for each job posted through our online payment processor, PayPal. The applicable fees may be found here: http://www.careerconnectfacc.com/employers/price.aspx.

Feedback and Uploads

Certain areas of the Platform may allow you to provide feedback or upload other content, data or information other than Resumes or Job Postings (collectively, "Uploads"). FACC and its suppliers may use Uploads for any and all purposes, as FACC sees fit in its sole discretion, including for commercial, promotional, marketing or advertising purposes. To the extent that you retain any intellectual property rights in or to such Uploads, you hereby grant to FACC a perpetual, irrevocable, non-terminable, unlimited, worldwide, fully transferable and sub-licensable (on multiple levels), royalty-free and fully paid-up license for any and all purposes in, to and under all such intellectual property rights, including the right to use, reproduce, create derivative works, distribute, perform, display, exploit and commercialize, and to practice under and to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale and import products and services.

Uploads to public areas of the Platform, such as notice boards, forums, competitions or chat rooms, may be viewed and downloaded by any users of the Platform.


Any links to websites outside the Platform are provided for convenience and information only. FACC does not endorse, approve nor recommend such websites, and is not responsible for such websites, including the Content available on such websites. Linking to such websites is at your sole risk.

Acceptable Use

The Platform may be used only for lawful purposes in accordance with this Agreement. The Platform may be used only by Candidates looking for jobs and information on career opportunities and by Employers looking to hire employees. The Platform shall not be used by anyone to post, transmit, display, publish, distribute or otherwise exploit content or other materials that:

  • (i) violate this Agreement;
  • (ii) infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others or violates the privacy or publicity or other personal rights of others;
  • (iii) are fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another user, anyone affiliated with FACC or any other person or entity, including sexually-explicit or parody images or text, chain letters or pyramid schemes; or
  • (iv) violate applicable federal, state, local, foreign or international laws, rules and regulations, including consumer protection, privacy and trade laws and regulations.


You will not:

  • (i) send, receive, upload, download, use or re-use anything through the Platform which does not comply with this Agreement;
  • (ii) use the Platform to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam" or any other similar solicitation;
  • (iii) post to or via the Platform invitations to franchising, pyramid schemes, club memberships or events regarding distribution, representation agencies or other business opportunities requiring the payment of a lump sum, periodic payments, commission (without any significant fixed salary), or requiring recruitment of other members, sub-distributors, sub-agents and the like;
  • (iv) impersonate or attempt to impersonate FACC, FACC owner(s), a FACC employee, independent contractor or service provider, or another user of the Platform (including by using e-mail addresses or screen names associated with any of the foregoing);
  • (v) engage in any conduct that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Platform, or interfere, restrict or inhibit anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform, or which, as determined solely by FACC, may harm FACC or users of the Platform or expose them to liability;
  • (vi) use any robot, spider, avatar, intelligent agent or other automatic device, process or means to access the Platform for any purpose, such as monitoring or copying any of the Content on the Platform;
  • (vii) use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Platform, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform;
  • (viii) disrupt, overwhelm, attack, modify, decipher, decompile, reverse translate, reverse engineer or interfere with the Platform or its associated software, hardware and/or servers in any way;
  • (ix) introduce to the Platform any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other code, software or material that is malicious or harmful;
  • (x) attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the Platform, the server on which the Platform is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Platform;
  • (xi) attack the Platform via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack;
  • (xii) attempt to investigate, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or a network or force the security and authorization precautions taken without permission;
  • (xiii) falsifying any TCP/IP package tag or any of the information in the start tag of any e-mail or any contribution to any newsgroup; nor
  • (xiii) delete or alter any Content on the Platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

FACC or its suppliers exclusively owns, and retains all intellectual property rights in, all Content available on the Platform. "Content" includes, but is not limited to, text, recordings, audio, graphics, photos, videos, images, brands, logos, trademarks, documents, forms, blogs, commentaries, reviews, software, code, data and information. FACC hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Content on the Website and Platform, and to make copies of that Content as stated below, solely for your internal business purposes. You may not sublicense or assign these rights. The software and compilation of Content (i.e. collection and layout) of the Job Board is the property of MatchWork and protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of such Content may be in contravention of copyright and trademark law or other legislation.

The intellectual property rights in material uploaded to the Platform will remain the property of party having uploaded such material, unless otherwise agreed or provided by law. You grant to FACC, MatchWork and their respective vendors a license to such material consistent with this Agreement and the purposes of the Platform.

Copies of Content

You are not authorized to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the Content on the Platform, except that:

  • (i) You may access the Platform using a computer or device that temporarily stores copies of such Content incidental to your accessing and viewing the Content;
  • (ii) Your computer or device may store files that are automatically cached by a web browser for display enhancement purposes; and
  • (iii) You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Platform for lawful, personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication or distribution, as expressly permitted by and subject to the restrictions contained in this Agreement.
All copyright and other proprietary notices must not be removed from any Content or copies thereof.


FACC's names, brands, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other indicia of origin (collectively, "Marks") that appear on the Platform are owned by FACC. Other Marks appearing on the Platform may belong to third parties, including MatchWork., as well as Employers posting jobs. No license or right to use any such Marks is granted, whether by implication or otherwise, and any use of the Marks contained on the Site is expressly prohibited unless authorized in writing by the owner of the Mark. All rights not explicitly granted herein by FACC are reserved.

Copyright Infringement Notice

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "DMCA") permits anyone who believes in good faith that material available via the Platform infringes their copyright (a "Claimant") to send to FACC's agent for notice of claims of copyright infringement ("Agent") a written notice requesting FACC to remove or block access to the infringing material ("Notice"). The Notice must include the following information:

  • (ii) identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that is claimed to have been infringed;
  • (ii) a description of where on the Platform the allegedly infringing material is located;
  • (iii) information, if possible, sufficient to permit FACC to notify the individual who posted the allegedly infringing material;
  • (iv) Claimant's address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
  • (v) a statement by Claimant that he or she has a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • (vi) a statement by Claimant, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that Claimant is the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf; and
  • (vii) the electronic or physical signature of the Claimant.
The DMCA permits anyone who believes in good faith that a Notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly made against them to send FACC's Agent a counter-notice. Notices and counter-notices must meet the then-current statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA (see www.loc.gov/copyright). Notices and counter-notices should be sent to our Agent at: careerconnect@faccnyc.org.


The Platform, its Content, software and services, Uploads, Resumes and Job Postings, and all other information available via the Platform (collectively, "Materials"), are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind. Use of the Materials is at your own risk. You assume sole and full responsibility for any decision and/or action undertaken with respect to any of the Materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FACC disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose, and makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, intent, usefulness, efficacy or safety of any Materials.

FACC makes no representation or warranty:

  • (i) that the Materials will satisfy any requirements;
  • (ii) that the Materials will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis;
  • (iii) as to the quality of the Materials or that the Materials will meet expectations;
  • (iv) that the Materials will be without defect or error, or that any defects or errors in the Materials will be corrected;
  • (v) that the Materials will be accurate, reliable and free of viruses or other harmful code;
  • (vi) that the Materials will be complete, legal or safe; or
  • (vii) that any of the Materials is appropriate or may be used in any jurisdiction within or outside the United States.
Both the use of and any reliance upon the Materials are at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with the Materials, or with any of the terms of this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Materials.

FACC is merely offering a conduit for Employers and Candidates to meet online. FACC does not endorse, sponsor, recommend or approve any Employer, job or Candidate, nor does FACC assume any responsibility whatsoever for any Employer, job or Candidate. FACC has no responsibility to screen, approve or reject any Resume or Job Posting, and assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracies therein. If FACC becomes aware of any inaccurate Resume or Job Posting, FACC may delete the Resume or Job Posting from the Platform and suspend or terminate the offending user's Account and take any other actions it deems appropriate. FACC does not represent or warrant that the Employers are, in fact, able to offer Candidates a job or that the Candidates are able to fulfil a particular job function. FACC is not responsible for any employment contracts concluded on the basis of jobs posted to or applied for via the Platform. If an Employer or Candidate is dissatisfied with or has any complaints regarding any arrangements they have made via the Platform, they may report the same to FACC but shall have no remedy against FACC. FACC shall have no responsibility or liability of any kind whatsoever with regard to any Employer, job or Candidate.


Under no circumstances shall the maximum aggregate liability of facc arising out of or in connection with the platform, all materials or this agreement exceed $500.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, facc is not, and will not be, liable for any damages of any kind arising from this agreement, or from the platform or any services, content, uploads, resumes, job postings or materials, including direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, and consequential damages, such as, by way of example only, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data or interruption of business.

The foregoing disclaimers, exclusions and limitations of liability shall apply regardless of the theory of liability, and even if facc has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or any remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

You shall remain fully liable to facc without exception for any breach, default or violation of this agreement, and any uploads, resumes or job postings to the platform. You shall remain fully liable to facc without exception for any and all loss (defined below) incurred by facc in connection with your use of the platform.


You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FACC, its suppliers, and its and their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers (collectively, "Indemnitees"), from and against any and all harm, losses, damages, costs, expenses (including court and attorneys' fees), claims, actions, demands, liabilities and settlements (collectively, "Loss") arising out of or in connection with, or alleged to result from, any (i) any Uploads, Resumes or Job Postings; (ii) unauthorized use of the Platform; or (iii) breach, default or violation of this Agreement.

Term and Termination

This Agreement applies to all access to and use of the Platform. It will continue as long as the user accesses or uses the Platform, or is registered with an Account. FACC may terminate this Agreement, and your access to the Platform, at any time. Terms that by their nature are intended to survive the termination of this Agreement shall survive such termination.


FACC may at any time revise any of the terms that comprise this Agreement by posting such revised terms on the Platform. FACC will endeavor to inform you of such revised terms via the e-mail address provided in your Account, but regardless of whether or not such an e-mail is received, the revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting and will thereby amend the terms of this Agreement. Continuing to use the Platform after such revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Additional Terms

There may be additional terms applicable to specific areas of the Platform, which are posted in those areas. The terms here, together with any such additional terms applicable to specific areas, constitute a binding legal agreement between you and FACC, and constitute the "Agreement." No one may use the Platform unless they agree to be legally bound to this Agreement.


Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between user and FACC with regard to the subject matter herein.

Waiver.The failure of FACC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Severability.If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Force Majeure.No party will be liable for any delay or for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement resulting from any unanticipated cause beyond its reasonable control, which may include but are not limited to: acts of God; Internet blackouts or brownouts; severe weather; fire; explosions; floods; strikes; work stoppages; slowdowns or other industrial disputes; accidents; riots or civil disturbances; acts of war, sabotage or terrorism; and acts of government.

Limitation on Claims.Regardless of any statue or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to this Agreement or use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose.

Interpretation.Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. The term "including" shall be construed exclusively to mean "including without limitation" or "including but not limited to."

Electronic Copies.This Agreement and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to the Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

Acknowledgement.Access to the Platform or any Content or Materials may not be legal by certain persons, or in certain jurisdictions. User assumes full responsibility for complying with the laws, rules and regulations of their jurisdiction. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Export Laws.User will comply with all applicable export laws, restrictions, and regulations of any United States or foreign agency or authority and will not export or re-export, or allow the export or re-export, of any product, technology or information obtained or acquired in connection with the Platform in violation of any such laws, restrictions or regulations.

Governing Law.This Agreement is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively with the state or federal courts in New York County, New York State. User waives any claim of inconvenient forum.

No Joinder.To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no claim under this Agreement may be joined to any other claim, including any legal proceeding involving any other current or former user of the Platform, and no class action proceedings will be permitted.

This Privacy Notice ("Notice") explains what personal information we collect through the Platform, and how we use, share and protect that information. The words "user," "you" and "your" mean users of the Platform and the words "we," "us" and "our" mean FACC. Certain areas of the Platform may also have other terms that apply specifically to those areas.

The Job Board and the related systems are owned and operated by our vendor, MatchWork A/S ("MatchWork"). MatchWork provides the technology and the services that comprise the Job Board, and is the entity that actually receives the personal information you upload via the Job Board online. MatchWork is under contract with us to process that personal information as indicated in this Notice. When we refer to "we," "us" or "our" in this Notice, it will generally include MatchWork acting on our behalf.

By providing using the Platform, you expressly consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as set out in this Notice.


Information You Provide

We collect information that your provide to us. For example, when you register an account to access the Platform (your "Account"), we collect the information you give us, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and credit or debit card number. As a Candidate, you may upload curriculum vitae, resumes and other documentation or information to support your application for a job (collectively, "Resumes"). As an Employer, you may upload job postings ("Job Postings").

We may also collect other information that you provide, such as when you give feedback, make account inquiries or communicate other matters to us through e-mail or messaging via the Platform. If at any time the Platform offers chat rooms, comment or notice boards, customer reviews, social media, newsgroups, or other features where you may submit information, we may collect the information that you disclose in those areas.

Users should provide information to the extent necessary for the purpose of posting a job or responding to a job posting. If not requested, users should not provide sensitive personal information, such as, race, religion, political affiliation, trade union membership, health information, or sexual orientation.

Other Information We Collect

We have the ability to track your usage of the Platform, including what pages you visit, what content you view, and the third-party sites that led you to our Platform. We also receive the Internet protocol (IP) address assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider (ISP), or a device identifier assigned to your mobile device, which allows the Platform to communicate with your computer or device.


We use the information we collect to:

  • Verify your identity;
  • Open and manage your Account;
  • Perform the operations of the Platform, deliver requested services, or respond to inquiries;
  • Match Employers with Candidates;
  • Send you newsletters, updates, reminders, e-mail marketing, and other information;
  • Ensure a high standard of service to you;
  • Improve the Platform and the services we provide;
  • Generate reports, such as statistical and analytical analyses of the Platform's use; however, these reports will include only aggregated and de-identified data that does not identify you personally;
  • Meet regulatory requirements, such as US Department of Labor laws and other employment laws.
If you make information available in non-private areas of the Platform, such as any chat room, comment or notice board, or newsgroup, others will have access to that information. We are not responsible for their use of that information.


We do not share your personal information with others, except as set forth in this Notice.

We may share your information:

  • To process an order or to respond to your request, e.g., we will provide your debit or credit card information to a payment processor to process your request for a paid service;
  • If you are a Candidate, with the Employer to which you are responding to a job posting;
  • If you allow your profile or a Resume you create online using the Job Board's Resume building tool to be viewed by Employers, then your information will also be shared with those Employers that view your Resume (if you upload a Resume to your work space, that Resume will not be viewed by an Employer unless you request that it be sent to the Employer in connection with a job posting);
  • If you are an Employer, that relates to your job postings with other users of the Platform;
  • To our service providers who perform services on our behalf, but they are authorized to use the information only to provide a service for us, e.g., a vendor we engage to send e-mail to you;
  • To a government agency upon their request, in accordance with legal process (e.g., to respond to a subpoena), or when otherwise required by law or to satisfy our regulatory obligations;
  • In an emergency that threatens your life, health, or personal security, or the life, health, or personal security of another person;
  • When the personal information is available from a public source (e.g., a telephone directory or the Internet);
  • To protect our interests, such as our property or assets;
  • With our professional advisors, such as our attorney, when we require legal or other advice;
  • For the purposes of collecting a debt or to protect ourselves from fraud;
  • To investigate an anticipated or actual breach of an agreement or a contravention of law; and
  • If we are acquired or merged with another organization, with the new owner.
We do not sell or otherwise share your personal information with anyone else, such as advertising agencies or marketing companies. We may send you marketing information for our own offerings, as part of a cross-promotion or collaboration with other organizations, or to inform you of offerings from other organizations, but we do not share your personal information with those organizations.


We endeavor to safeguard the privacy of your personal information by employing reasonable security measures. We also require any service providers to provide comparable security measures.

We use encryption technology in our online store in an attempt to protect your information. When you fill out any forms during checkout, a secure server encrypts your information through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Your credit card information will be processed by our credit card payment processor, which is currently PayPal. You can find out about PayPal's policies by visiting paypal.com. We do not collect any credit card information.

Generally, we do not edit or change information you provide. If a Resume has been uploaded in a language, the system will automatically translate the table text to the relevant languages in order to make it possible to match parties.

Information collected via the Job Board online by MatchWork is processed and stored at their primary servers in Denmark, and may be shared with FACC and maintained on its servers in New York State in the United States. Your information may be processed and stored in other locations, such as in the United States, in the European Union, and/or in other countries. If you are a Candidate, your information may be disclosed to Employers in multiple locations. If you are an Employer, your information may be disclosed to other users of the Platform.

MatchWork employs reasonable security measures, including physical, administrative and logistical controls, to prevent the unauthorized access to or use of your information. While we take precautions to avoid unauthorized access to or use of your information, we cannot guarantee that information will not compromised. We assume no responsibility for information transmitted over the Internet.


As with many websites, the Platform makes use of “cookies” to help deliver a better user experience. Cookies are alphanumerical identification elements that are stored on the hard drive of your computer in your web browser's files. They enable the systems to recognize your browser and to offer you a better experience when browsing the Platform, such as saving your login and account information.

The type of information we collect as a result of a cookie being accepted by you is specific to your PC and includes the IP address, the date and time the PC visited the website, what parts of the Platform were looked at and whether the web pages requested were delivered successfully. This information does not identify you; it represents a computer rather than a person.

You can erase or block cookie information by changing the settings on your computer (please refer to your browser's cookie settings). If you erase or block this information, you may not be able to utilize some features of the Platform.


This Platform is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, nor for anyone who is not of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using this Platform, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.


We reserve the right to modify this Notice at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on this Platform. The date at the beginning of this Notice will reflect the most recent update to this Notice.


You may access your personal information that we have on record. A request to access your personal information must be made in writing to the contact address below and provide sufficient detail to identify the personal information being sought. A minimal fee may be charged so that we can recover the cost of providing access to the information. Where a fee may apply, we will inform you of the cost and request further direction from you on whether or not we should proceed with the request.

You may edit your personal information through your Account. You are expected to maintain complete and accurate information in your Account at all times.


California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, the information would include a list of the categories of personal information and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared such information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like a copy of this notice, please submit a written request to the contact address below. Not all information sharing is covered by the "Shine The Light" requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response. Under California law, businesses are only required to respond to a request once during any calendar year.
